MedevacX was built from real operational challenges — where coordination is often handled across emails, calls, and multiple systems. We saw the need for a more structured and transparent way to manage medical transport missions.
Our platform brings all stakeholders into one place, helping teams coordinate faster, stay aligned, and keep full visibility throughout each case.
Originally based in Denmark, we have expanded with offices in Sweden and Cyprus, supporting a growing international network.

MedevacX was developed from direct experience in air ambulance and medical transport coordination.
We’ve seen how missions are often managed across multiple channels — emails, phone calls, and disconnected systems — creating delays, confusion, and unnecessary pressure on operational teams.
At the same time, insurers and assistance companies need clear, reliable information and better visibility throughout each case.
Our goal is to bring all parties into one structured workflow, making coordination simpler, more transparent, and easier to manage.
