Compliance should not be optional.

In medical transport compliance should not be something extra. It should already be there. We check every provider before going live on the platform. Operational approvals, insurance, certifications, legal documentation — everything is reviewed first.
And it doesn’t stop there. Documents expire. Insurance gets renewed. Things change.
That’s why we keep track of it continuously. If something is no longer valid, the provider is put on hold until everything is updated.
For insurance and assistance teams this means one less layer of manual verification and one more level of confidence when selecting a provider.
This should not be seen as innovation. To us, this is just part of doing things properly.
