It depends on how you work today.
For providers, we start with the basics. Compliance checks, certifications, operational setup. Once everything is in place, we connect MedevacX to your existing systems and make sure your team knows exactly how to use it in day-to-day operations.
For insurance and assistance teams, it’s a bit different. We take time to understand how you currently work — what tools you use, where things slow down, what actually needs to change. From there, we don’t switch everything on at once. MedevacX is modular, so we introduce it step by step, in a way that fits your workflow.
Some teams are up and running in a few days. Others take a few weeks. It really depends on the setup and what you’re replacing.
In the end, it’s about getting teams comfortable with the system and making sure it actually works in real operations.
If you’re curious how it would look for your setup, we’re happy to walk you through it.
